Qazim Doda
Executive Director
Qazim leads AA Vision's translation and interpreting work, directing a team of 100+ professional translators across legal, healthcare, and general business needs, with phone and face-to-face interpreting available 24/7.
He also produces the company's Albanian-American community media programming — video interviews with Albanian cultural figures, published on AA Vision's Facebook page — and brings the same care to a client's translated contract that he brings to an interview he is filming.
Laureta Ismailaj
CEO
Laureta runs AA Vision's day-to-day operations, shaping how each request is staffed and scoped — from routine business correspondence to appointments that call for a HIPAA-compliant medical interpreter.
Her focus is making sure every client gets an accurate, culturally fluent translator or interpreter matched to their need, whether that is a phone call, an in-person appointment, or a document that has to be right the first time.
